The Hidden Enclave

Hidden deep in the jungles of Xen’drik, this enclave was established by Adamai d’Lyrandar in 997 YK to exploit an amazing discovery: a stand of soarwood trees standing near to a ruin that contained an intact (but deactivated) creation forge. Adamai and his companions secured the site and brought the attention of House Lyrandar to the location, enabling the house to establish its first airship production facility.

While the Dragonmarked Houses are forbidden by the Korth Edicts from holding land, Xen’drik technically falls outside the authority of Galifar. Even so, House Lyrandar is very cautious about its venture into elemental binding and airship construction, knowing that at least one of the Great Houses (Cannith) and one entire nation (Zilargo) would protest mightily at this development. As a result, the enclave conducts no trade with anyone other than House Lyrandar, establishing its low values for Economy and Society. The unusual number of powerful spellcasters at the enclave enable its exceptional spellcasting capability.
